Regular Sponge:The Two-Tier Vintage Cake consists of two cakes. Each cake has three layers of sponge cake and two layers of filling, coated with Swiss Meringue vanilla buttercream.
Cotton Sponge:
The cotton sponge range consists of two layers of our signature soft, light and fluffy cotton sponges and a choice of filling from our cotton cake range.

What is a Cotton sponge cake?
Cotton sponge cake is commonly sold in Asian cake shops, it has less sugar and dairy (no butter) and is much lighter than other regular sponge cakes. The cake is baked in a water bath for one and a half hour to produce a much more soft and moist sponge.Design/Type | Size (square/round) |
