The Tropical Macaron Cake consists of two layers of almond dacquoise, whipped Mascarpone cream cheese and cream, a middle layer of puree mango jelly (agar agar), topped with strawberries and slightly sweetened passionfruit.

A refreshing kind of cake that is sweet and tangy.
