The Honeydew cotton cake consists of two soft, light and fluffy honeydew flavour cotton cake sponges and a layer of honeydew fruit mixed with honeydew flavoured chantilly cream. Covered with honeydew flavour Chantilly cream(sweeten whipped cream) and topped with honeydew fruit balls.What is Cotton sponge cake?
Cotton sponge cake is commonly sold in Asian cake shops, it has less sugar and dairy (no butter) and is much lighter than other regular sponge cakes. The cake is baked in a water bath for one and a half hour to produce a much more soft and moist sponge.| Size (available in square or round) |
