The Vintage Cake in regular sponge consists of three layers of sponge with two layers of filling, covered with Swiss Meringue vanilla buttercream. Choose your design and colour theme.

What is Cotton sponge cake?
Cotton sponge cake is commonly sold in Asian cake shops, it has less sugar and dairy (no butter) and is much lighter than other regular sponge cakes. The cake is baked in a water bath for one and a half hour to produce a much more soft and moist sponge.The cotton sponge range consists of two layers of our signature soft, light and fluffy cotton sponges and a choice of filling from our cotton cake range.
