Cotton Sponge Cakes

The cotton sponge range consists of two layers of our signature soft, light and fluffy cotton sponges, covered in fresh whipped cream and and topped with three seasonal fresh fruit.
~ vegetarian ~ available in square and round shaped ~ some fillings have three to four cotton sponge layers. (Mango, Pandan, Matcha, Coffee, Vanilla & Black Forest).
Cotton sponge fillings are also available for buttercream design cakes!

What is Cotton sponge cake?

Cotton sponge cake is commonly sold in Asian cake shops, it has less sugar and dairy (no butter) and is much lighter than other regular sponge cakes. The cake is baked in a water bath for one and a half hour to produce a much more soft and moist sponge.
