The Coffee Creme Patissiere cotton cake consists of four layers of soft, light, and fluffy coffee cotton sponges and three layers of coffee Creme Patissiere filling; covered with coffee Chantilly cream (sweeten whipped cream) and topped with three seasonal fresh fruit.

We use freshly ground coffee bean espresso to make our coffee Creme Patissiere, you can really taste the strong coffee aroma. If you like your coffee, you will get your caffeine hit.
What is Cotton sponge cake? Cotton sponge cake is commonly sold in Asian cake shops, it has less sugar and dairy (no butter) and is much lighter than other regular sponge cakes. The cake is baked in a water bath for one and a half hour to produce a much more soft and moist sponge.
