Tall Cake

Regular/Vegan/Gluten-Free/Egg-Free Sponge:The tall cake consists of two cakes (each cake has three layers of sponge and two layers of filling), coated with Swiss Meringue vanilla buttercream with a piping design of your choice.
Choose your cake fillings for each cake, and design piping with up to three colours to match your theme. (excludes cake topper)
Vegan details
The vegan cake batter uses apple sauce (apple puree) as a replacement for the eggs and does not contain any dairy milk; the vegan buttercream uses non-dairy butter.Gluten-Free details(+$5)
The gluten-free cake batter uses gluten-free flour as a replacement. Swiss Meringue buttercream is naturally gluten-free.Egg-Free details

What is a Cotton sponge cake?
Cotton sponge cake is commonly sold in Asian cake shops, it has less sugar and dairy (no butter) and is much lighter than other regular sponge cakes. The cake is baked in a water bath for one and a half hour to produce a much more soft and moist sponge.The cotton sponge range consists of two layers of our signature soft, light and fluffy cotton sponges and a choice of filling from our cotton cake range.
