The Dubai Chocolate Cotton Cake consists of three of our signature soft, light, and exquisitely fluffy chocolate cotton sponges, layered with two fillings of homemade creamy‑crunchy pistachio kataifi, and coated with whipped chocolate ganache.

What is a Cotton sponge cake?

Cotton sponge cake is commonly sold in Asian cake shops, it has less sugar and dairy (no butter) and is much lighter than other regular sponge cakes. The cake is baked in a water bath for one and a half hour to produce a much more soft and moist sponge.
