The Matcha Crème Pâtissière Cotton cake consists of four soft, light, and fluffy Matcha cotton sponges and three layers of Matcha Crème Pâtissière filling; covered with Matcha Chantilly cream (sweetened whipped cream) and decorated and topped with strawberries!
Premium Matcha powder is used for the cotton sponge, Creme Patissiere and Chantilly cream.

What is Cotton sponge cake?
Cotton sponge cake is commonly sold in Asian cake shops, it has less sugar and dairy (no butter) and is much lighter than other regular sponge cakes. The cake is baked in a water bath for one and a half hour to produce a much more soft and moist sponge.| Size (square or round) |
