Regular\Vegan\Egg-Free\Gluten-Free Sponge range:
The Border Design cake (regular sponge) consists of three layers of sponge, coated with vanilla Swiss Meringue buttercream (gluten-free) piped in a border design. Choose a sponge type and flavour and available fillings.
Vegan Option Details
The vegan cake batter uses apple sauce (apple puree) as a replacement for the eggs and does not contain any dairy milk; the vegan buttercream uses non-dairy butter. Vegan and Gluten-Free option available.
Egg-Free Option Details
Egg-free cake batter uses apple sauce\yoghurt as a replacement for the eggs; and Ermine buttercream which does not contain eggs. Egg-Free and Gluten-Free option available.
Gluten-Free Option Details
The gluten-free cake batter uses gluten-free flour as a replacement. Swiss Meringue buttercream is naturally gluten-free.

What is a Cotton sponge cake?
Cotton sponge cake is commonly sold in Asian cake shops, it has less sugar and dairy (no butter) and is much lighter than other regular sponge cakes.
