Regular Sponge:
The Border Design cake (regular sponge) consists of three layers of sponge, coated with vanilla Swiss Meringue buttercream (gluten-free) piped in a border design.

Cotton Sponge:
The cotton sponge range consists of two layers of our signature soft, light and fluffy cotton sponges and a choice of filling from our cotton cake range.

What is a Cotton sponge cake? Cotton sponge cake is commonly sold in Asian cake shops, it has less sugar and dairy (no butter) and is much lighter than other regular sponge cakes. The cake is baked in a water bath for one and a half hour to produce a much more soft and moist sponge.
Vegan Option Details
The vegan cake batter uses apple sauce (apple puree) as a replacement for the eggs and does not contain any dairy milk; the vegan buttercream uses non-dairy butter. Vegan and Gluten-Free option available.
Egg-Free Option Details
Egg-free cake batter uses apple sauce as a replacement for the eggs; and Ermine buttercream which does not contain eggs. Egg-Free and Gluten-Free option available.
Gluten-Free Option Details
The gluten-free cake batter uses gluten-free flour as a replacement. Swiss Meringue buttercream is naturally gluten-free.
