Choose a picture you want for the top of the cake or cupcake toppers. The picture is printed using edible food grade ink on frosting sheet\wafer paper card. There is an optional addition for a burn away cake feature with a picture printed on thin wafer paper (all edible).

The cake consists of three layers of sponge and two layers of filling coated with Swiss Meringue vanilla buttercream.

The cotton sponge range consists of two layers of our signature soft, light and fluffy cotton sponges and a choice of filling from our cotton cake range.

What is a Cotton sponge cake?Cotton sponge cake is commonly sold in Asian cake shops, it has less sugar and dairy (no butter) and is much lighter than other regular sponge cakes. The cake is baked in a water bath for one and a half hour to produce a much more soft and moist sponge. |
